Brick Tie

Brick ties provide a connection between the wood structure and brick veneer. The new, high-performance BTH brick tie is a tested solution for connecting masonry veneer to wood structures across airspaces from 2" to 3", providing the flexibility needed to meet the veneer spacing requirements.
The new BTH design adds strength and versatility, making this tie the ideal solution for varied jobsite conditions. It’s field-adjustable in two places and can be installed with either side facing up.

The factory is equipped with over 200 advanced production machines, including CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, tapping machines, automatic drilling machines, surface grinders, vertical milling machines, pulse welding machines, EDM wire cutting machines,
three-coordinate dot marking machines, laser marking machines, sheet metal shears, and fully automatic packing machines. The maximum stamping capacity reaches 1,250 tons, with the ability to process workpieces up to 3 meters by 1.5 meters in size. Thelarge bending machine can handle sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 10 millimeters. Additionally, the high-speed stamping machine can achieve up to 1,000 strokes per minute.
