After the base layer is treated with a professional interface agent, snap the horizontal and vertical position lines.

After the jointing agent is half dry, pull out the concave joint with the bent reinforcement head (the reinforcement head is 2mm wider than the joint)

Use a brush to remove spilled grout and wipe the soft stone with a semi-wet sponge.

Construction environment

After the bonding operation is completed on the base wall for 24 hours, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃. When construction is carried out in summer, sun exposure shall be avoided and sunshade measures shall be taken. The moisture content of the base course should be controlled at 15% – 25%.

Construction shall not be carried out in strong wind of level 5 or above, rainstorm, thunder and lightning, hail, rain and snow and other complex weather. Measures shall be taken during construction to prevent rainwater and high falling water from washing the wall.
